Role & responsibilities
Drive end-to-end revenue finance processes, including revenue recognition, reconciliations, MIS, and financial reporting.
Support revenue forecasting, financial insights, dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis.
Lead and support ERP implementation/migration and finance automation initiatives.
Collaborate with technology teams to integrate fintech solutions and enhance finance systems and controls.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance and support internal/external audits.
Drive process improvement through standardized workflows, SOPs, and technology.

Preferred candidate profile
CA with 24 years post-qualification experience.
Solid revenue recognition, accounting, MIS, audit, and business partnering experience.
Positive knowledge of Indian GAAP/Ind AS and statutory compliances.
Big 4/Big 6 audit or consulting experience preferred.
Robust data analysis skills; fintech/finance automation exposure is an added advantage.
