Job Summary

Fazlani Foods is looking for a MIS Executive with good knowledge of MS Excel to manage day-to-day reports, data management, and MIS-related activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and handling data on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update Excel sheets and databases.
Collect, organize, and verify data from different departments.
Prepare reports and summaries as required by management.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.
Perform data analysis using Excel.
Track and update operational and performance-related reports.
Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
Identify data discrepancies and ensure necessary corrections.
Perform other MIS and reporting-related tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role will be preferred.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel is essential.




Should be comfortable with Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis.
Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic Excel functions will be an advantage.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle and organize large amounts of data.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Freshers with strong Excel knowledge may also be considered.
