Job Role: Mechanical Design Engineer (Ventilation Systems)

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Mechanical Design with strong expertise in structural design, mechanical enclosures, installations, and ventilation systems . The role involves current product development, detailed mechanical design, engineering calculations, CAD modeling, BOM preparation, and supporting prototype and manufacturing activities.

Required Skills:
Solid fundamentals in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Design, and Engineering Calculations .
Hands-on experience with Creo and 2D/3D mechanical design.
Experience in ventilation systems/components, enclosures, installations, weldments, and assemblies .
Knowledge of GD&T;, ISO GPS, DFM/DFA, and Tolerance Stack-up Analysis .
Understanding of manufacturing processes and welding techniques .
Knowledge of thermal management, noise & vibration , and mechanical integration.
Experience with Teamcenter / Windchill / PLM tools .
Exposure to wire routing, harness design, and electromagnetic shielding is desirable.
Experience working in an ISO-certified engineering/manufacturing workplace is preferred.
