The Nursing Staff will be responsible for providing secure, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients throughout their hospital journey, with particular emphasis on pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care. The staff will assist doctors and the clinical team in patient assessment, preparation for surgery, administration of prescribed medications, monitoring of vital signs, maintenance of infection-control standards, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

The Nursing Staff will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely nursing records, treatment documentation, patient files, and other relevant hospital records. They will coordinate with the Operation Theatre, OPD, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, Reception, and other departments to ensure smooth and productive patient flow.

A key responsibility will be to make timely follow-up calls to all surgical patients after their procedures. During these calls, the staff will enquire about the patient's recovery, provide appropriate post-operative instructions, remind patients about scheduled follow-up visits and medications, identify any complications or concerns,



and promptly communicate such issues to the concerned doctor or department.

The Nursing Staff will also assist with patient counselling, discharge procedures, post-operative instructions, and coordination of follow-up appointments. They will maintain skilled communication with patients and attendants and ensure that their concerns are addressed appropriately.

Additionally, the Nursing Staff will undertake Ayushman Bharat/PM-JAY-related work as and when required, including patient coordination, documentation, verification, assistance in completing required formalities, coordination with the concerned departments, and ensuring compliance with applicable hospital procedures and programme guidelines.

The staff will perform all assigned duties responsibly, maintain confidentiality, follow hospital policies and SOPs, and contribute to productive, patient-centred, and high-quality healthcare services.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
