Assess patients' physical and emotional health conditions.
Monitor vital signs and document patient progress.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
Provide wound care and other nursing interventions.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Supervise nursing assistants and support staff when assigned.
Maintain medical equipment and report malfunctions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
