Able to improve manufacturing productivity, efficiency, capacity utilization, manpower utilization, and cost competitiveness by applying Industrial Engineering principles, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Training or certification in Industrial Engineering, Work Measurement, Time Study, VSM, Kaizen, and Ergonomics.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, and ERP/SAP systems.
Sound knowledge of OEE, capacity planning, line balancing, manpower planning, and productivity improvement.
03–05 years of relevant experience in any manufacturing industry.
