Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused MPPSC Education Counsellor to guide aspirants regarding MPPSC examinations, courses, preparation strategies, and admission processes. The candidate should be confident in communication, capable of understanding student requirements, and skilled at converting enquiries into admissions

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and aspirants regarding MPPSC courses, batches, fees, and preparation programs.
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ educational backgrounds, goals, and preparation requirements.
Explain course structures, faculty, study material, test series, and available facilities.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.




Convert qualified leads into admissions by providing accurate course information.
Address student and parent queries professionally.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for smooth enrolment.
Maintain daily counselling reports and achieve assigned admission targets.
Stay updated about MPPSC exam patterns, eligibility, and course offerings.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid counselling, convincing, and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of MPPSC and competitive examinations.
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM/lead management tools.
Ability to work with targets and handle multiple enquiries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
