We are looking for an experienced Meta & Google Ads Expert who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns with a solid focus on qualified leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Develop effective audiences, targeting, keywords, ad copies, creatives, and campaign structures.
Monitor campaign performance, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and overall ROI.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance and market trends.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.




Identify underperforming campaigns and implement strategies to improve results.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently and scale campaigns when performance allows.
Prepare regular performance reports with transparent insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements: Proven hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, solid analytical skills, excellent understanding of performance marketing, and a track record of generating quality leads and measurable business results.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 per year
