Experience: 7+ yrs. (Recruitment or Experience in HR with decent exposure in Recruitment)
Role & Responsibilities
Recruiting for and closing mandates given by client with support of seniors / independently
Plan & execute the client deliverables.
Deliver on your recruitment targets and meet overall quality parameters.
Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
Should have Team handling experience
Work from home-5 days/week Timings - 9.30 am-6.30 pm
Should have laptop
Consulting background mandatory
