Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and urgent repairs on electrical systems, plumbing lines, carpentry, painting, and minor civil works. Carry out regular preventive maintenance checks and inspections. Respond promptly to facility-related service requests or complaints.

Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical faults including lighting, switches, fans, and sockets. Handle plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and tap or flush repairs. Assist in carpentry tasks including door, window, and furniture repair.

Maintain HVAC systems – basic servicing, filter cleaning, and temperature checks. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required. Ensure tools, spare parts, and materials are maintained in valuable condition.





Maintain records of tasks completed and submit reports to the supervisor. Adhere to safety protocols and report potential hazards immediately. Support event setups and campus reconfiguration activities as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or relevant technical field. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance. Knowledge of basic tools and repair equipment. Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical jobs. Basic understanding of safety standards and emergency protocols. Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
