Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery.
Inspect equipment regularly to identify wear, damage, or potential failures.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults in a timely manner.
Install, assemble, and commission mechanical equipment as required.
Replace defective parts such as bearings, seals, belts, couplings, valves, pumps, and gearboxes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain valuable housekeeping in the work area.
Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.





Required Skills
Knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Basic Scan tool knowledge.
