Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist responsible for assisting recent clients during the onboarding process, understanding their requirements, and ensuring smooth platform setup and initial configuration. Understand client requirements during the onboarding phase. Assist clients with platform setup, account configuration, and initial walkthrough.

Coordinate with technical and product teams to implement client requirements. Provide basic training and guidance to clients on using the platform. Maintain onboarding documentation and client records. Ensure smooth handover to the support or account management team after onboarding. Track onboarding progress and update internal systems. Address basic queries and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.

Requirements
Experience working with WhatsApp API,



SMS platforms, chatbot platforms, or SaaS tools.
Familiarity with client onboarding processes or customer success operations.
Robust communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to understand client business requirements and translate them into operational steps.
Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or communication platforms.
Positive organizational and coordination abilities.
