Responsibilities
Oversee daily technology operations, ensuring services are delivered reliably and in accordance with agreed service levels.
Manage operational processes including incident management, change management, and problem management aligned to ITIL best practices.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain operational stability and drive continuous service improvement.
Monitor operational KPIs and produce regular reporting for leadership on service health, risks, and capacity.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning activities.

Qualifications
Solid understanding of IT operations, ITIL frameworks, and managed services delivery.
Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and operational monitoring platforms.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
