Role Description Kadak Brewpub has multiple full-time, on-site openings at its Thane location for team members across service, bar, and support roles. Depending on the position, day-to-day tasks may include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a consistently high standard of guest experience.

Team members may also assist with basic bar operations such as pouring beer, explaining different brews, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and following safety and compliance procedures. Some roles may involve food preparation, inventory checks,



and coordination with the back-of-house team to keep operations smooth and effective. All roles require a robust focus on hospitality, teamwork, and a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications
Hospitality and customer service skills, including welcoming guests, handling queries professionally, and delivering attentive service.
Basic food and beverage handling knowledge, with an interest in craft beer, different beer styles, and responsible serving practices.
Operational and teamwork abilities, such as following standard procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with colleagues during busy shifts.
Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and teammates in a rapid-paced, high-energy environment.
Prior experience in restaurants, bars, or brewpubs is an advantage, but motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Availability for full-time on-site work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
