Key Responsibilities

 Mobilize and counsel candidates for various skill development programs.

 Conduct community visits, awareness drives, and outreach activities to generate awareness about available training programs.

 Identify eligible candidates based on program requirements and support them through the enrolment process.

 Understand candidates’ interests, eligibility, and career aspirations and guide them towards suitable training and career opportunities.

 Counsel and guide candidates about available training programs and related career prospects.

 Support candidates throughout the enrolment and on-boarding process.

 Coordinate with training centres/institutions, trainers, mobilizers, centre teams, and local community stakeholders for smooth program implementation.





 Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates to ensure regular attendance and course completion.

 Support candidates in addressing challenges related to attendance, participation, and course completion.

 Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and documentation.

 Prepare and submit regular reports and updates related to mobilization, enrolment, attendance, and candidate progress.

 Support the centre in achieving enrolment and placement targets.

 Contribute to achieving overall program and mobilization targets through effective outreach, counselling, and candidate engagement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
