We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Executive to join our evolving team. In this role, you will serve as a central pillar for data management and departmental collaboration. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of data integrity within our internal software systems and Excel frameworks, while providing high-level administrative support to the Head of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Data Stewardship & Management: Execute precise data entry and manage complex datasets within Excel and proprietary company software to ensure operational accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a primary liaison between various departments, streamlining communication and ensuring cohesive workflow execution.
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the HOD on operations-related activities, including report generation, scheduling, and project tracking.




Process Optimization: Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by identifying opportunities to improve data workflows and reporting efficiency.
Operational Transparency: Maintain meticulously organized records that support organizational transparency and informed decision-making.

Requirements & Skills
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data Validation) and a quick aptitude for learning current software systems.
Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage large volumes of information without compromising quality.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration across diverse internal teams.
Adaptability: A versatile mindset suited for an evolving business environment where priorities may shift dynamically.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
