Role Purpose To drive regional brand growth, patient awareness, community engagement, and marketing initiatives across Gujarat while aligning with the organization's central brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns and awareness programs.
Build relationships with local media, influencers, community groups, and healthcare stakeholders.
Support centre-level patient acquisition and brand-building initiatives.
Coordinate local events, CME programs, health talks, and outreach activities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the region.
Ensure implementation of brand guidelines across all Gujarat centres.
Track regional marketing performance and report key metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or equivalent with 4–7 years of experience in regional marketing, healthcare marketing, or brand management. Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English preferred. Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.
