Conduct field visits, door-to-door outreach, and community meetings.
Explain program advantages, eligibility criteria, and enrollment requirements.
Identify, counsel, and register eligible participants.
Build relationships with community leaders, local organizations, schools, and other relevant stakeholders.
Organize awareness sessions, outreach activities, and enrollment drives.
Follow up with participants to support attendance and continued participation.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, registrations, attendance, and feedback.
Work toward agreed mobilization and enrollment targets.
Share field challenges and community feedback with the project team.
Handle participant information confidentially and follow organizational safeguarding policies.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in the local language.
Ability to build trust with people from diverse backgrounds.
Basic smartphone, data-entry, and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel locally and conduct regular field visits.
Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
