2 to 5 Years in Logistics / Dispatch / Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Plan and allocate routes for delivery vehicles to ensure effective transportation.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and transport teams for smooth dispatch.
Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery records.
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers or distributors.
Monitor vehicle movement and driver schedules.
Ensure proper packing, loading, and documentation before dispatch.
Handle delivery issues, delays, or route changes when required.
Maintain dispatch reports and logistics records.

Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP preferred).
Ability to handle dispatch planning and route management.
