Hiring: Operations Supervisor (Executive) – Villa Operations
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple villas across the Kochi region.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, guest requirements, and villa staff.
Regularly travel between villas and ensure smooth operations.
Handle operational issues and maintain service standards.
Requirements:
Hotel/Resort experience preferred.
Housekeeping background will be preferred.
Positive communication and guest-handling skills.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Willingness to travel within the Kochi region.
Experience in villa/hospitality operations will be an advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
