Core Responsibilities:-
The position is in Operations Team for handling the day-to-day BAU activities of BNPL Product.
Managing Stakeholders-Merchants and Vendors.
Ensure that there is a robust understanding of the settlement Recon process and ensure for a smooth Reconciliation and settlement process as per Timelines.
Collaborate extensively with internal & external stakeholders for smooth processing of daily.
To work on process improvement and strategic initiatives that affect daily BAU operations. Provide support in designing the operational process
Processing & adherence to all SLAs at various stages of the operations to ensure seamless BAU.
Deliver process efficiency and improve the overall customer experience while ensuring solid controls and governance of both outsourced and inhouse activities.
Managing and publishing MIS and KPI for process

Preference and Experience:
Solid planning, organizational and analytical skills.
Experience in Financial Institute

Academic qualifications :
Graduation
