ROLE OVERVIEW

JDS Advisory LLP is hiring for one of our esteemed clients in Indore for the position of Operations Executive.

We are looking for an organized and proactive professional to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with customers, vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders for smooth execution of processes.
Handle customer onboarding, documentation, verification, and related coordination.
Coordinate with legal teams/consultants for agreements, documentation, renewals, and other operational legal requirements.
Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, communication, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update operational records, agreements, documents, and databases.
Follow up with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure timely closure of pending tasks.




Monitor operational processes and identify issues or delays, escalating them when required.
Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and operational updates.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal processes and SOPs.
Support management in various administrative and operational activities as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS
2+ years of experience in Operations / Business Operations / Backend Operations / Administration.
Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience in customer and vendor coordination.
Good documentation and record-management skills.
Ability to coordinate with legal teams/consultants.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
