Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM – Core HR and Absence Management .
Work on end-to-end HCM implementation, configuration, testing and deployment.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional/design documents.
Support integrations and technical/functional development as required.
Handle client discussions, issue resolution and production support.
Lead and mentor team members and ensure timely delivery.
Work effectively in a rotational night-shift workplace .
