Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure effective production, quality control, and timely delivery of furniture products. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes managing workflows, coordinating with design, production, and logistics teams, and optimizing processes to meet customer expectations and business targets.

The role involves monitoring inventory, supervising vendor and supplier relationships, and implementing operational policies and best practices.

The Operations

Manager will also track performance metrics, resolve operational issues,



support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to plan capacity, budgets, and resource allocation.

Qualifications
Experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, furniture, interior design, or related industries.
Strong skills in process optimization, workflow planning, and resource management.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work setting.
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software for scheduling, inventory tracking, and reporting.
Solid understanding of quality standards, production timelines, and vendor/supplier coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with capability in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Noida and adapt to a dynamic, design-driven setting.
