Key Responsibilities
Be the founder's force multiplier: attend critical meetings, take notes, assign follow-ups, close loops across functions.
Own the weekly operating rhythm: Monday stand-ups, Wednesday metric reviews, Friday investor update prep.
Draft and manage investor communications: monthly updates, data room maintenance, meeting prep docs.
Track company-wide OKRs and ensure every team lead delivers against commitments.
Prepare board and advisory meeting materials: financial summaries, dashboards, strategic memos.
Run cross-functional coordination between ops, supply, marketing, and product.
Own special projects: current hub launch checklists, partnership agreements, vendor negotiations.
