Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects and services are delivered efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Key tasks include coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring operational performance metrics, managing resources and workflows, and implementing process improvements. The role involves supporting project planning, resolving operational issues, maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.





The Operations

Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams to align operations with business goals and customer requirements.

Qualifications
Robust operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring.
Experience in project coordination and resource planning, preferably within technology, engineering, marine, aerospace, or related industries.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with quality management, safety standards, and compliance requirements in industrial and engineering environments.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, operations, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to a rapid-paced, agile environment.
