Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing and strengthening the company’s quality management systems across hardware and software automation products. This full-time,



hybrid role is based in Coimbatore, with the flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing QA processes, conducting audits and inspections, reviewing documentation for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and UL 508A standards, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating closely with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure that control panels and automation solutions meet internal and external quality requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager will also monitor key quality metrics, lead root cause analysis for product and process issues, support client quality-related inquiries, and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong quality management and assurance skills, including experience with ISO 9001:2015 and preferably UL 508A or similar international standards.
