We are looking for an Operations Associate to support day-to-day project and site operations, coordinate with internal teams, vendors and site personnel, and ensure smooth execution of operational activities as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational activities across project sites and office.
Maintain regular communication with site teams, supervisors, vendors and subcontractors.
Track manpower, materials, equipment and other project requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, MIS, work status and operational records.
Coordinate material movement, site requirements and logistics.
Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
Support project scheduling,
documentation and coordination with management.
Maintain proper records of work progress, attendance, expenses and site-related data.
Escalate operational issues to the concerned manager and assist in resolving them.
Desired Skills
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and reporting/MIS.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to project/site locations when required.
Experience in construction, demolition, infrastructure, industrial projects or similar sectors will be preferred.
