We are looking for a energetic Office Assistant to join our Chowara, Aluva office.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Assistant / Sales Support Executive to assist with day-to-day office administration and provide support to the Sales Manager. The role will mainly involve data entry, maintaining sales-related records, handling and forwarding calls, documentation, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales and administrative activities.

· Perform data entry and maintain sales records, customer details, and enquiry data.

· Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, quotations, and other documents.

· Handle incoming calls, forward calls to the Sales Manager, and take messages when he is unavailable.

· Coordinate with customers, staff, and internal departments and assist with follow-ups.

· Maintain office files and records and perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or management.

Requirements





· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

· Good typing and data-entry skills with attention to accuracy.

· Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.

· Knowledge of Odoo software will be an added advantage.

· Ability to handle telephone calls professionally and take accurate messages.

· Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in office administration or sales support are preferred.
Candidates who are comfortable with data entry, Excel, telephone handling, and basic computer operations will be preferred.

Job Location: Chowara, Aluva, Kerala Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
