Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Functional Lead Consultant with 8+ years of experience to join our team for Payroll &

Advantages or Payroll & OTL expertise. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands-on expertise in Payroll, OTL and Advantages modules, coupled with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a rapid-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience in handling the Implementation Managed Services for the clients and deliver work effectively in client-facing scenarios

Key Responsibilities
8 to 12 years of hands-on Functional experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules.
The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules in OTL, Benefits & Payroll.
Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM.
Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements.




Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing.
Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects.
At least should have worked on a minimum 4+ end to end implementations on above modules.
Should have a valuable understanding on Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, Security.
Experience in handling data conversions( HDL/HSDL), Fast Formula and BI Reporting is an added advantage
Positive communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
