Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates with Desktop Support Knowledge and Network Support Knowledge is preferable.
Design, implement and maintain network infrastructure using Cisco routers and switches.
Troubleshoot complex network issues related to routing, switching, firewall configuration and VPN connectivity.
Configure Fortigate firewalls for secure network access control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Provide technical support for Firewalls as required.
