Job Summary

We are looking for an Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Specialist with robust experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite Procurement modules. The candidate should have solid knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and hands-on experience with Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, Supplier Management, and related Oracle EBS modules.

Key Responsibilities
Work as a functional SME for Oracle EBS Procurement / SCM.
Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS functional solutions.
Configure and support Oracle Purchasing and iProcurement modules.
Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Configure:
Requisitions
Purchase Orders
RFQs / Quotations
Blanket Purchase Agreements
Contract Purchase Agreements
Receipts
Supplier setups
Approval workflows
Work with Oracle Inventory,



Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Order Management integrations.
Analyze and resolve production issues, defects, and functional problems.
Prepare functional specifications for customizations, reports, interfaces, and extensions.
Work closely with technical teams on PL/SQL, interfaces, APIs, reports and data conversions.
Participate in implementation, upgrade, migration, testing and enhancement projects.
Conduct SIT, UAT and regression testing.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows and user guides.
Support users and provide training on Oracle Procurement processes.
Identify prospects for process improvement and automation.
