About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Linkedin ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, campaign optimization, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads, Linkedin Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently and improve cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.




Work closely with the creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience managing lead generation campaigns.
Basic knowledge of landing page optimization.
Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
