TrustGrid is building technology that makes digital identity convenient, secure, and user controlled . We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to drive paid acquisition and measurable user growth.

What You'll Do

· Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, YouTube, and Apple Search Ads .

· Drive mobile app installs, qualified users, and conversions across Android and iOS.

· Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, creatives, keywords, and placements.

· Optimize campaigns against CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and LTV .

· Track the complete funnel from Ad → Install → Onboarding → DID Creation .

· Work with Design, Content, Product, and Analytics teams to improve campaign performance.

· Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging, landing pages, and campaigns.

· Analyze performance using GA4, Firebase, Google Ads, Meta Ads, AppsFlyer/Adjust , or similar tools.

· Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and actions.

· Research competitors, new acquisition channels, and emerging growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For





· 1–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

· Solid practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads .

· Experience with mobile app acquisition is highly preferred.

· Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and LTV .

· Working knowledge of GA4/Firebase and Excel/Google Sheets .

· Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to independently manage campaigns, budgets, experiments, and optimization.

Good to Have

· Google App Campaigns / Apple Search Ads

· App Store Optimization (ASO)

· AppsFlyer / Adjust

· Multi-country campaign experience

· Basic SQL or marketing automation

· Experience in a technology, SaaS, fintech, Web3, or startup workplace

· Experience using AI tools for marketing and creative experimentation

Key

This is a performance-focused role, not a general social media/content marketing position .

We are looking for someone who has personally managed paid campaigns and can demonstrate measurable results .
Candidates with campaign case studies, previous performance reports, portfolios, or examples of campaigns they have managed are encouraged to share them.
