Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven digital marketing campaigns. This role involves planning and executing performance marketing strategies across channels such as search, social media, display, and affiliate platforms, focusing on measurable outcomes like leads and conversions. The Executive will manage campaign budgets, monitor performance metrics, perform A/B testing, and optimize creatives and targeting to maximize return on investment.

Daily tasks include collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals, conducting market and competitor analysis, and preparing regular reports and insights for stakeholders. The role also includes coordinating with external partners, ensuring brand consistency, and identifying new growth opportunities in the digital space.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Market Planning and Marketing skills to design, implement, and optimize performance campaigns.




Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze consumer behavior, competitors, and channel performance.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners and present campaign insights clearly.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to align performance initiatives with revenue targets and lead-generation objectives.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools) and experience with performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Strong analytical and Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment are advantageous.
