Key Responsibilities
Build and manage end-to-end partner acquisition pipeline: lead gen, screening, background check, documentation, activation.
Develop sourcing channels: local communities, referral programs, placement agencies, WhatsApp groups.
Set and deliver supply targets per hub.
Own partner documentation and KYC: Aadhaar, PAN, bank linkage, agreement signing.
Build the referral engine for partner sourcing.
Track and optimize the supply funnel: leads, screening conversion, training pass rate.
Pre-seed supply for recent hub launches 2–3 weeks before go-live.
