To support SH Safety in maintaining protected working environment within the Unit by implementing and ensuring strict adherence of UTCL safety standards and practices throughout the plant and inculcating strong safety behavior down the line across the plant to maintain zero incidents.

Job Context & Major Challenges

Floating manpower. Contractor workers participation and awarness in safety management. Engged Truck Drivers for cement and clinker transport are not in line with our safety requirments. Lack of proactive Planning approach for the job. lack of Horizontal implementation of internal and External Audit findings at workplace.
