Role & responsibilities
Contact and engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for Sales Managers.
Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and qualification targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
