Description:
Attend service calls / complaints on call. Maintains record of all complains & Solution provided.Maintains Solar generation records for Solar sites Record of Solar site Operation & Maintenance *Overview the Maintenance activities and record of solar site. Manage AMC and CAMC activities as per contracts.
Any other activities related to Projects and service.Basic knowledge of Electrical / Solar systems, MS Office, Google sheets, knowledge of autocad will be added advantage.Previous experience in project coordination or management,
preferably in the renewable energy sector.Robust understanding of solar energy systems and technologies is a plus.Proficient in project management softwareand Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Robust communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Project Support: Assist project managers in the planning and execution of solar energy projects from initiation to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and status reports.Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to solar installations.
