Project Coordinator

Job Summary

The Person will lead and manage the onsite related activities of the project management of Green field implementation of CMMS solution. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders between onsite and offsite – End user & OEM from Israel and Deployment vendor from offshore, aligning with project milestones and manage and report the project status on a weekly basis highlighting the risk and issues if any, aiding for on time delivery .
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for large scale implementation.
Understand project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource planning.
Oversee all phases of project management, from initiation to closure and provide early warnings on resource / effort deviation.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive management.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as required
Analyse current project management processes and identify prospects for improvement.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, designs, test plans, and user manuals as per need of the user engagement

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science
Project Management certifications is a plus. PMP, PRINCE2,



or other relevant project management certification preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the IT industry
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Hebrew is mandatory.
Familiarity with asset management for large scale industries, asset intensive project engagements in O&M;/ EPC is a plus.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
MS skills – Excel, Powerpoint, Projects
Strong team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local language – Hebrew is a must.

Key Note

This position is a Fulltime, for the location in Haifa, Israel. Sitting in client location (Alstom Transport India Limited - Israel) site located in Haifa, Israel
