Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Develop, monitor, and control production plans to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements while optimizing resources.
Prepare and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, capacity, and material availability.
Ensure smooth execution of production activities and adherence to production plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless development and production readiness of recent products and processes.
Manage inventory and ensure adequate coverage of inter-plant and in-house aggregates for both regular production and current product development.
Drive cost optimization through effective planning and effective resource utilization.
Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Monitor inventory levels and perform reconciliation of inter-plant and in-house aggregates to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.




Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency, and implement corrective actions as required.
Ensure compliance with age analysis requirements for finished goods, aggregates, vehicles, quality standards, and regulatory norms.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
