Core Responsibilities &
Scope of Work
Inter-Departmental Coordination: Liaise directly with officers other government departments to track, gather, and develop stories across key industrial sectors.
Media Platform Connect: Act as the direct bridge between government departments and regional, national, and international media platforms (print, electronic, and digital).
Dissemination of Releases &
Stories:

Coordinate the end-to-end pitching, distribution, and publishing of press releases, features, impact stories, case studies, and positive sound bites.
Executive Media Interactions: Plan, schedule, and facilitate one-on-one interviews, press briefings, and media roundtables for senior government dignitaries.
Event &
Roadshow Operations:
Coordinate PR arrangements and press coverage for national pre-event roadshows across major Indian cities.
Manage national media delegations invited to events.
Set up and operate the on-ground Media Lounge, manage press accreditation, issue passes, and coordinate press briefings.




Media Monitoring &
Perception Management:
Track mainline, financial, and regional news daily.
Conduct sentiment reviews and media research, coordinate counter-communication/rebuttals to distortion of facts, and assist in crisis management.
Maintain and update media contact databases, journalist portfolios, and press kits.

Minimum Eligibility &
Qualifications
Education: Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, MBA (Marketing), or equivalent.
Total Experience: Minimum 3 years of skilled experience in the Public Relations field.
Government/Sector Experience: Must have completed or been actively engaged in at least 1 PR project for a PSU, government body, or leading industry association within the last 3 years.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
