Role Description The Presales Intern will support the sales and business development teams by assisting with lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities. Daily tasks include gathering and updating client information, preparing basic sales reports, coordinating with the sales team on customer inquiries, and maintaining records in internal systems and spreadsheets.

The intern will help prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials, and may participate in site visits,



client interactions, and promotional events as needed. This is an internship role, based in office in Dadri, providing hands-on exposure to real estate presales processes and customer engagement.

Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with prospective clients, both in person and over phone or email.
Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records.
Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software) and comfort working with data.
Analytical mindset with willingness to learn about real estate products, pricing, and market trends.
Positive, professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Interest in real estate, sales, or marketing; prior internship or academic projects in these areas are an advantage.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
