Swan Group is seeking a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will manage, coordinate, and lead projects from initiation through delivery. He will be responsible for meeting the project requirements and managing the project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk. Serve as a liaison between all the cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities
Managing Electrical sites, preparing BOQs, Getting AT done form end user, Managing vendors, reporting Project manager with daily reports. Pref: Having working knowledge of Civil Works at telecom sites as well.
Maintaining track of daily progress via DPR's.
Raising flags to reporting manager for any lapse in any project.
Monitoring Various Reports as per Corporate Management Prospective.
Keeping track of Recent Orders, Infra Works & Material Delivery.




Ensuring Zero Escalation from any customer for any Project.
Attending Regular Review meetings with Various Internal/ External Customers for Projects Synopsis Review.
Ensuring that all the data received from Field/ PM as well as forwarded to Management/ Customer should be transparent, summarized and authenticated.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
