Key Responsibilities
Manage construction, renovation, refurbishment, maintenance, and civil projects across multiple properties and business verticals.
Supervise site execution, quality, timelines, and overall project progress.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and site teams.
Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, quotations, and material requirements.
Monitor project costs, measurements, contractor bills, and material usage.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide regular project progress updates to management.
Travel to project sites across Chennai and other branches/properties across India as required.

Requirements




10+ years of relevant experience in construction, civil engineering, or project execution.
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Solid hands-on experience in construction and site management.
Positive knowledge of BOQs, estimation, materials, and project execution.
Experience managing contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Robust coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Willingness to travel as required.
