Manage manpower planning and shop-floor activities.
Plan raw material requirements and coordinate dispensing.
Supervise blood bag manufacturing, filling, drying and packaging operations.
Prepare and maintain production documentation and DPR.
Conduct red bin analysis and monitor rejection levels.
Coordinate with relevant teams to achieve production targets.
Ensure compliance with defined processes and quality requirements.
