Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and motivated culinary professionals to join our Bakery Production Team for the positions of Junior Sous Chef, Sous

Chef, Senior CDP, CDP, and DCDP.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute bakery and pastry products as per recipes and quality standards.
Handle daily mise-en-place, production, baking, finishing, and presentation.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portioning, and presentation.
Manage assigned stations and ensure timely production.
Supervise and guide junior team members as applicable.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and FIFO.
Monitor ingredients, minimize wastage, and support inventory control.




Coordinate with senior chefs and other kitchen sections for smooth operations.
Support new product development, seasonal products, and special orders.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
Relevant experience in bakery, pastry, retail bakery, central production kitchen, or food production.
Strong knowledge of bakery fundamentals, including dough preparation, fermentation, lamination, baking, and finishing.
Valuable knowledge of commercial bakery equipment.
Robust teamwork, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and versatile shifts.
