ResponsibilitiesPatient inquiries handle karna (call, WhatsApp, walk-in) — IVF, IUI, ICSI, egg/sperm donor, surrogacy related Consultation, scan, procedure aur follow-up appointments schedule karna Doctors, embryology/lab team aur front desk ke saath coordination Treatment process, timeline, documents aur basic package information clearly explain karna Patient files, consents, reports aur CRM/Excel records update rakhna International patients ke liye visa/document guidance aur coordination (as needed) Empathetic follow-up — show-up rate,



next-step reminders, query resolution Camps / OPD support jab required ho RequirementsGraduate (any stream).
