Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment options and requirements.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other departments.
Follow up with patients regarding scheduled appointments and treatments.
Address patient concerns and help resolve complaints professionally.
Ensure patients understand pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
Maintain patient counselling records and follow-up details.
Support patients in making informed decisions about their treatment.
Maintain confidentiality and provide a positive patient experience.
