Cosmo Radiance Centre for Advanced Aesthetics & Longevity is looking for a confident, friendly, and patient-focused Patient Counselor to join our team in Miyapur, Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with patients over the phone and in person, and have the ability to explain aesthetic and wellness treatments clearly.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with patients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
Explain skin, hair, and aesthetic treatment procedures to patients.
Understand patient concerns and provide suitable treatment information.
Follow up with leads, appointments, and prospective patients.
Build trust and maintain solid relationships with patients.
Motivate and guide patients toward suitable treatments.
Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team for smooth patient experiences.




Maintain patient records and follow-up details.
Support the clinic's patient counseling and conversion process.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Solid persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable handling patient calls and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
Positive customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in patient counseling, healthcare, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
